Introduction
In today’s fast-paced world, stress and anxiety have become common issues that many individuals struggle with on a daily basis. As such, there has been a growing interest in mindfulness as a way to help alleviate these feelings and promote overall well-being. Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgment, and has been shown to have numerous benefits for both physical and mental health. This observational study aims to explore the effects of mindfulness on individuals’ well-being, focusing on its impact on stress levels, mood, and overall quality of life.
Method
For this study, a sample of 50 participants was recruited through local community centers and online advertisements. The participants were between the ages of 25 and 55, and had no previous experience with mindfulness practices.
