+Last year, we tried to refinance our home through the bank that held our mortgage. We worked for nine months, sending paperwork and paperwork, sometimes comparable things multiple times, and obtaining a runaround. Calling the lender led to frustration, because we could never talk to the same person twice, and no one appeared to know what was going onto. We received a letter stating that our loan had been turned down, if we called to find out why, we were told that no decision had yet been turned on it.
