Running on pavement kills your knees and shins. That's a hard pill to swallow because the majority of us runs on your way. If you have to train on longer distances is actually not imperative that you find dirt trail the actual reason flat. You can make do with rough terrain if they fit your training style.
Make sure your footwear is not too tight, or too freely. Too tight forces your toes to rub on the inside of the shoes, causing them to blister and bleed. And when you allow too much room the actual toe box, your feet may slide around inside of your shoes
